I’m taking part in "Walk This Way: 700km for Parkinson’s" to support Parkinson's NSW in its mission to enhance the quality of life for all people living with Parkinson’s in NSW.

Please consider registering to take part and setting your own distance goal or you can assist by making a donation. All support is genuinely appreciated and helps people like me adapt to an unwelcome diagnosis. 

Parkinson’s NSW offers information, specialist counselling, events, community neurological nurses, support Parkinson’s research, coordinate support groups as well as help navigate NDIS. Parkinson’s NSW relies on fundraising to keep these services active and continue inspiring us to live our best lives. I’m grateful for their help and am taking part in this walking event to hopefully give something back. Plus I like walking:)
